Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Trigg County Wildcats (Cadiz, KY) and the visiting Hopkins County Central Storm (Madisonville, KY), saw Trigg County's basketball squad knock off Hopkins County Central by a count of 68-58.

With the victory, Trigg County upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Union County (Morganfield, KY) to play the Braves in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 22. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Union County won 72-58 in their recent non-league challenge against South Fulton (South Fulton, TN)

Next up, the Storm play the Hopkinsville Tigers (Hopkinsville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 8. Hopkins County Central will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
