Hendrickson Hawks (Pflugerville, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cedar Creek Eagles (Cedar Creek, TX), 72-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Hendrickson upgrades its record to 12-6 on the season. The Hawks travel to Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a 5A Region III District 23 bout on Friday, January 5. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-15. Pflugerville won 63-30 in their recent league bout against Bastrop (Bastrop, TX)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Crockett Cougars (Austin, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Cedar Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 6-12 record after their 41-21 league loss to Richards School for Young Women Leaders (Austin, TX).
