In Thursday's league outing, the Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI) basketball squad nipped the host Mt. Pleasant Kilties (Providence, RI), by a margin of 62-57.

The Thunderbolts (1-3) will now prepare for their outing against Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT). The Centaurs go into the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Woodstock Academy got by East Lyme (East Lyme, CT), 37-28, in a league outing.

The Kilties now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Mt. Hope for a Division 2 outing on Friday, January 6.
