The Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms basketball team scored 92 points and held the host Randolph Rockets to 79 in the Awesome Blossoms non-league triumph on Friday.
The Awesome Blossoms now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to LeRoy-Ostrander for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Blooming Prairie will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 54-17 league loss to Spring Grove (Spring Grove, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-3.
The Rockets (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Norwood-Young America, MN). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Central was defeated by Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted (Howard Lake, MN), 66-48, in a non-league contest.
