The Oakmont Regional Spartans (Ashburnham, MA) basketball knocked off the visiting Fitchburg Red Raiders (Fitchburg, MA), 64-48 in Friday's non-league test.
The Spartans (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Hudson (Hudson, MA). The Hawks go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Hudson notched a victory over Burncoat (Worcester, MA), 67-49, in a non-league test.
The Red Raiders now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Shrewsbury for a non-league test on Friday, January 6.
