The Boonton Bombers (Boonton, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Whippany Park Wildcats (Whippany, NJ), 67-57 in Saturday's league test.
The Bombers (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ). The Rangers go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Wallkill Valley went down by Jefferson Township (Oak Ridge, NJ), 50-38, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeland Regional for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 27. Whippany Park will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 47-38 non-league loss to Westwood (Washington Township, NJ). The Lancers record now stands at 0-4.
