The Cross Roads Bobcats basketball team (Malakoff, TX), was toppled 43-32 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Italy Gladiators (Italy, TX)
The Gladiators now possess a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ferris for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 28. Italy will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 44-35 league win over Life Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-13.
The Bobcats (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against Palmer (Palmer, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 15-7 record. In their last battle, Palmer beat Italy (Italy, TX), 42-22, in a non-league battle.
