The Weaver Bearcats basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Cleburne County Tigers to 51 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bearcats now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Randolph County for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Weaver will meet a Tigers team coming off a 59-46 non-league win over Ohatchee (Ohatchee, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 3-5.
