The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Clinton Christian Couriers (Goshen, IN) and the host South Bend Career Academy Trailblazers (South Bend, IN), observed Clinton Christian's basketball team overcome South Bend Career Academy by a margin of 51-38.

The Couriers (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Granger Christian (Granger, IN). The Knights come into the South Shore challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Granger Christian defeated Bethany Christian (Goshen, IN), 32-27, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Trailblazers battle the Victory Christian Academy Lions (Valparaiso, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. South Bend Career Academy will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 71-13 non-league loss to Marquette Catholic (Michigan City, IN).
