Rhode Island High School Ice Hockey - Prout knocks off Notre Dame Prep

The Prout Crusaders (Wakefield, RI) ice hockey trounced the visiting Notre Dame Prep Lancers (Fairfield, CT), 10-2 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Crusaders now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Smithfield for a State Championship Division outing on Saturday, December 28. Prout will encounter a Sentinels team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Bishop Guertin (Nashua, NH). The Sentinels record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Notre Dame Prep moves to 1-2 on the season. The Lancers travel to Moses Brown/EP/Tolman (Providence, RI) to encounter the Quakers in a non-league outing on Saturday, December 28. The Quakers go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
