The Prout Crusaders ice hockey team scored 8 points and held the host Notre Dame Prep Lancers to 1 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Saturday.

The Crusaders now hold a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pilgrim for a Division 1 bout on Tuesday, February 4. Prout will play a Patriots team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Moses Brown (Providence, RI). The Patriots record now stands at 7-8.

With the defeat, Notre Dame Prep moves to 5-8 on the season. The Lancers host Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Ridgefield won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Greenwich (Greenwich, CT)
