Georgia High School Basketball - Lincoln County nudges McCormick

In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Lincoln County Red Devils (Lincolnton, GA) basketball squad edged the visiting McCormick Chiefs (McCormick, SC), by a count of 74-69.

The Red Devils (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Hephzibah (Hephzibah, GA). The Rebels go into the non-league outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Hephzibah was tipped by Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC), 60-49, in a non-league outing.

The Chiefs now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Abbeville for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 29. McCormick will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 59-26 non-league win over Washington-Wilkes (Washington, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-1.
