The Marked Tree Indians basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Hillcrest Screamin Eagles to 36 in the Indians non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Indians now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillcrest for a 1A Region 3 contest on Tuesday, January 2. Marked Tree will battle a Screamin Eagles team coming off a 52-36 non-league loss to Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR). The Screamin Eagles record now stands at 11-7.
The Screamin Eagles (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR). The Indians enter the 1A Region 3 contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, Marked Tree ran past Hillcrest (Strawberry, AR), 52-36, in a non-league contest.
