The Malden Green Wave basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Holcomb Hornets to 47 in the Green Wave league triumph on Saturday.
The Green Wave now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Campbell for a Bootheel game on Tuesday, January 7.
With the loss, Holcomb falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Hornets host Senath-Hornersville (Senath, MO) to confront the Lions in a Bootheel game on Thursday, January 9. The Lions go into the game with a record of 5-2.
