Georgia High School Basketball - Laney routs Midland Valley

December 28, 2024: Augusta, GA 30901

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Laney Wildcats basketball team scored a big 50-20 triumph over the Midland Valley Mustangs.

The Wildcats (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Thomson (Thomson, GA). The Bulldogs go into the AA Region 4 contest with a 11-1 record.

In their next game, the Mustangs confront the Evans Knights (Evans, GA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 30. Midland Valley will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 13-2 record after their 68-34 non-league loss to South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC).
