The Brunswick Bulldogs (Lawrenceville, VA) basketball nipped the host Franklin Broncos (Franklin, VA), 79-77 in Friday's league test.
The Bulldogs (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Thomas Jefferson (Richmond, VA). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Thomas Jefferson was tipped by Hopewell (Hopewell, VA), 86-62, in a non-league test.
The Broncos now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Nansemond-Suffolk Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, January 6.
