Nevada High School Basketball - Canyon Springs knocks off Valley

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Canyon Springs Pioneers basketball team scored a good 80-65 win over the Valley Vikings.

The Pioneers (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Durango (Las Vegas, NV). The Trailblazers come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Durango defeated Western (Las Vegas, NV), 81-49, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 9. Valley will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Skyhawks come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 69-61 non-league loss to Desert Oasis (Las Vegas, NV).
