Nevada High School Basketball - Valley fells Canyon Springs

The Valley Vikings basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Canyon Springs Pioneers to 64 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now have a 14-13 record. They play next when they travel to Sierra Vista for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. Valley will confront a Mountain Lions team coming off a 75-70 non-league loss to Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 21-5.

With the loss, Canyon Springs falls to 11-14 on the campaign.
