The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Douglass Astros (Atlanta, GA) and the visiting Stephenson Jaguars (Stone Mountain, GA), observed Douglass's basketball team overwhelm Stephenson by a score of 74-51.

The Astros (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Stone Mountain (Stone Mountain, GA). The Pirates come into the AAA Region 5 challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Stone Mountain trounced Mt. Zion (Jonesboro, GA), 55-49, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Jaguars encounter the Miller Grove Wolverines (Lithonia, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 7. Stephenson will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 57-53 non-league loss to South Cobb (Austell, GA).
