The McDowell Titans bounced the host R-S Central Hilltoppers basketball squad by a final score of 74-18 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
Next, the Titans clash with the South Caldwell Spartans (Hudson, NC) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, December 5. McDowell will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Spartans come into the outing with a 6-1 record after their 72-7 non-league win over West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC).
The Hilltoppers (0-4) will now prepare for their outing against Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC). The Bearcats go into the 1A/2A Mountain Foothills 7 bout with a 1-1 record.
