In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights basketball team scored a close 62-55 triumph over the Murray County Central Rebels.

The Knights (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Red Rock Central (Lamberton, MN). The Falcons go into the A Section 3 contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Red Rock Central was tipped by Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN), 42-13, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Rebels battle the Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles (Edgerton, MN) in a A Section 3 contest, on Friday, December 6. Murray County Central will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 80-49 non-league win over Mountain Lake/Comfrey (Mountain Lake, MN).
