North Carolina High School Basketball - Ascend Leadership succumbs to Triangle Math & Science

In Wednesday's non-league test, the Triangle Math & Science Tigers (Apex, NC) basketball squad defeated the host Ascend Leadership Aviators (Sanford, NC), by a score of 68-58.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Raleigh Charter Phoenix (Raleigh, NC) in a Diamond Nine 1A/2A/3A test, on Friday, December 5. Triangle Math & Science will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Phoenix come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 42-32 league loss to East Wake Academy (Zebulon, NC).

The Aviators (2-5) will now prepare for their bout against Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC). The Bears go into the non-league bout with a 4-2 record.
