Veritas Classical Academy Lions (Beaumont, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Community Christian Lions (Orange, TX), 59-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Veritas Classical Academy upgrades its record to 12-6 on the season. The Lions travel to Deweyville (Deweyville, TX) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 9-5.
