The Central Cass Squirrels basketball team (Casselton, ND), was nudged 79-74 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Hillsboro/Central Valley H-CV Burros (Buxton, ND)
The H-CV Burros now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ada-Borup for a non-league battle on Friday, January 5. Hillsboro/Central Valley will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 72-57 non-league win over Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal (Twin Valley, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 7-0.
The Squirrels now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Wahpeton for a A Region 1 outing on Tuesday, January 2. Central Cass will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 69-68 non-league win over Shanley (Fargo, ND). The Huskies record now stands at 3-0.
