Washington, DC High School Basketball - Friendship Collegiate Academy thwarts Anacostia

December 30, 2023: Washington, DC 20019

The Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights (Washington, DC) basketball knocked off the visiting Anacostia Indians (Washington, DC), 53-42 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Knights (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Parkside (Washington, DC). The Eagles go into the PCSAA test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Parkside went down by Idea (Washington, DC), 58-20, in a non-league test.

The Indians now own a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bell for a DCSAA test on Wednesday, January 3. Anacostia will encounter a Griffins squad coming off a 56-6 league loss to Banneker (Washington, DC). The Griffins record now stands at 0-4.
