New Mexico High School Basketball - La Cueva trounces Hope Christian

The La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM), 67-34 in Monday's non-league test.

The Bears (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Hawks go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Centennial walloped Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM), 34-33, in a non-league test.

The Huskies now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Moriarty for a non-league test on Thursday, December 7. Hope Christian will encounter a Pintos squad coming off a 35-33 non-league win over Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Pintos record now stands at 1-0.
