The John Adams Spartans (Ozone Park, NY) basketball nipped the visiting Jamaica Beavers (Jamaica, NY), 43-38 in Monday's league test.
The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Campus Magnet (Cambria Heights, NY). The Bulldogs go into the PSAL AAAA Queens II test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Campus Magnet was tipped by Cardozo (Bayside, NY), 48-19, in a league test.
The Beavers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Bayside for a PSAL AAAA Queens II test on Wednesday, December 6.
