The Rock Hill Redmen basketball team (Ironton, OH), was overwhelmed 59-27 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Portsmouth Trojans (Portsmouth, OH)

The Trojans now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pikeville for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 9. Portsmouth will battle a Panthers team coming off a 94-9 league win over East Ridge (Lick Creek, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 2-0.

The Redmen (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Fairland (Proctorville, OH). The Dragons come into the Ohio Valley battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Fairland trounced Gallia Academy (Gallipolis, OH), 82-16, in a league battle.
