New York High School Basketball - Fillmore fells Avoca Central

The Fillmore Eagles basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Avoca Central Tigers to 36 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Eagles now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Arkport Central for a non-league game on Monday, December 9. Fillmore will confront a Bluejays team coming off a 59-41 non-league loss to Canisteo-Greenwood (Canisteo, NY). The Bluejays record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Avoca Central falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to East Rochester (East Rochester, NY) to confront the Bombers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. The Bombers go into the game with a record of 1-0.
