New York High School Basketball - Fillmore holds off Avoca Central

The Fillmore Eagles basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Avoca Central Tigers to 38 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now have a 14-1 record. They play next when they host Warsaw for a non-league game on Monday, February 10. Fillmore will confront a Tigers team coming off a 50-22 league loss to Pavilion (Pavilion, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 2-16.
With the loss, Avoca Central falls to 8-8 on the campaign.
