Alabama High School Basketball - Oakman overwhelmed by Fayette County

The Fayette County Tigers basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Oakman Wildcats to 29 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.
The Tigers now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carbon Hill for a 3A Area 10 contest on Friday, December 9. Fayette County will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 46-29 non-league loss to Winston County (Double Springs, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
The Wildcats (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Cordova (Cordova, AL). The Blue Devils come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Cordova was routed by Dora (Dora, AL), 67-49, in a non-league contest.
