St. Mary's Crusaders (Medford, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Rogue River Chieftains (Rogue River, OR), 83-34 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Mary's upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Horizon Christian (Tualatin, OR) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Horizon Christian lost 65-59 in their recent non-league bout against Scio (Scio, OR)

Next up, the Chieftains play the Glide Wildcats (Glide, OR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Rogue River will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 66-47 non-league loss to Illinois Valley (Cave Junction, OR).
