New York High School Basketball - Troy ripped by Ballston Spa

December 5, 2023: Ballston Spa, NY 12020

The Ballston Spa Scotties basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Troy Flying Horses to 35 in the Scotties league triumph on Tuesday.

The Scotties now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saratoga Springs for a Section 2 Suburban contest on Friday, December 8. Ballston Spa will battle a Blue Streaks team coming off a 48-34 league loss to Niskayuna (Niskayuna, NY). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 1-1.

The Flying Horses (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Shenendehowa (Clifton Park, NY). The Plainsmen enter the Section 2 Suburban contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Shenendehowa triumphed over Schenectady (Schenectady, NY), 82-12, in a league contest.
