The Big Reds/Redettes now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chariton for a South Central contest on Friday, December 8. Centerville will battle a Chargers team coming off a 40-32 league win over Albia (Albia, IA). The Chargers record now stands at 3-1.

The Comets (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont (Eddyville, IA). The Rockets come into the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont prevailed over Davis County (Bloomfield, IA), 62-51, in a league contest.
