The Maple River Eagles (Mapleton, MN) basketball crushed the host Richland Colts (Colfax, ND), 57-20 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Kenyon-Wanamingo (Kenyon, MN). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Kenyon-Wanamingo was trounced by Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN), 52-50, in a league test.
The Colts now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Northern Cass for a non-league test on Thursday, December 7. Richland will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 62-32 non-league win over Enderlin (Enderlin, ND). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-0.
