In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Ingleside Mustangs basketball team scored a good 51-38 triumph over the George West Longhorns.
The Mustangs (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Refugio (Refugio, TX). The Bobcats go into the non-league contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, Refugio topped Odem (Odem, TX), 66-13, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Longhorns battle the Orange Grove Bulldogs (Orange Grove, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 5. George West will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 3-6 record after their 54-27 non-league loss to Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX).
