The East Buchanan Buccaneers basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Starmont Stars to 31 in the Buccaneers league victory on Tuesday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springville for a Tri-Rivers contest on Friday, December 9. East Buchanan will battle a Orioles team coming off a 65-53 non-league loss to Lisbon (Lisbon, IA). The Orioles record now stands at 1-4.

The Stars (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against West Central (Maynard, IA). The Blue Devils come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, West Central was routed by South Winneshiek (Calmar, IA), 68-31, in a league contest.
