Teays Valley Vikings (Ashville, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Fairfield Union Falcons (Lancaster, OH), 47-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, Teays Valley upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Vikings host Hamilton Township (Columbus, OH) to play the Rangers in a Mid-State - Buckeye bout on Saturday, December 10. The Rangers come into the bout with a record of 2-3.

Next up, the Falcons play the Liberty Union Lions (Baltimore, OH) in a Mid-State - Buckeye bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Fairfield Union will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
