Texas High School Basketball - George Ranch tipped by Ridge Point

The Ridge Point Panthers basketball team scored 44 points and held the host George Ranch Longhorns to 39 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Bend Elkins for a 6A Region III District 20 contest on Friday, December 9. Ridge Point will meet a Knights team coming off a 38-29 league win over Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Knights record now stands at 7-8.

The Longhorns (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX). The Broncos enter the 6A Region III District 20 contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Fort Bend Bush nudged Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX), 73-42, in a league contest.
