Illinois High School Basketball - Joliet Central knocked off by Romeoville

The Romeoville Spartans basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Joliet Central Steelmen to 37 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.
The Spartans now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plainfield Central for a SouthWest Prairie - East contest on Thursday, December 8. Romeoville will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 62-46 league win over Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.
The Steelmen (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Joliet West (Joliet, IL). The Tigers enter the SouthWest Prairie - East contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Joliet West was defeated by Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL), 70-55, in a league contest.
