The Laurens Academy Crusaders (Laurens, SC) basketball knocked off the visiting Wardlaw Academy Patriots (Johnston, SC), 45-32 in Tuesday's league test.

The Crusaders (3-4) will now prepare for their test against King Academy (Batesburg, SC). The Knights go into the SCISA A Region IV test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, King Academy notched a victory over Cambridge Academy (Greenwood, SC), 33-28, in a league test.

The Patriots now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Jefferson Davis Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, December 8. Wardlaw Academy will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 36-31 non-league loss to Andrew Jackson Academy (Ehrhardt, SC). The Raiders record now stands at 1-1.
