In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Nestucca Bobcats (Cloverdale, OR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Neah-Kah-Nie Pirates (Rockaway Beach, OR), by a margin of 64-35.
The Bobcats (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Willamina (Willamina, OR). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Willamina was trounced by Amity (Amity, OR), 46-18, in a non-league outing.
The Pirates now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Yamhill-Carlton for a 3A Coastal Range outing on Tuesday, January 24.
