The Minnehaha Academy Red Hawks basketball team scored 86 points and restricted the visiting Blake Bears to 73 in the Red Hawks non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Red Hawks now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Thomas Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Minnehaha Academy will battle a Cadets team coming off a 72-49 non-league win over Kennedy (Bloomington, MN). The Cadets record now stands at 1-1.
The Bears (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mounds Park Academy (St. Paul, MN). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Mounds Park Academy was defeated by United Christian Academy (Bloomington, MN), 60-51, in a non-league match.
