Strother Yellowjackets (Seminole, OK) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Macomb Hornets (Macomb, OK), 66-48 in a league bout.

With the victory, Strother upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Bowlegs (Bowlegs, OK) to play the Bison in a Little River bout on Friday, December 8. The Bison come into the bout with a record of 3-2. Bowlegs lost 78-28 in their recent league bout against Varnum (Seminole, OK)

Next up, the Hornets play the Earlsboro Wildcats (Earlsboro, OK) in a Little River bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Macomb will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 9-0 record after their 68-65 league win over Varnum (Seminole, OK).
