In Friday's league challenge, the host Waukesha West Wolverines basketball team scored a close 74-68 win over the Catholic Memorial Crusaders.

The Wolverines (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Pius XI Catholic (Milwaukee, WI). The Popes come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Pius XI Catholic was tipped by New Berlin West (New Berlin, WI), 79-65, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Crusaders encounter the Oak Creek Knights (Oak Creek, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 7. Catholic Memorial will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 92-29 non-league win over Veritas/Tenor (Milwaukee, WI).
