The Humboldt Cubs basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host St. Paul Indians to 20 in the Cubs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cubs now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they host West Elk for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10.

With the loss, St. Paul falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Oswego (Oswego, KS) to confront the Indians in a Three Rivers game on Thursday, December 12. The Indians go into the game with a record of 0-1.
