In Wednesday's league outing, the Beacon Academy Trailblazers (Evanston, IL) basketball squad edged the visiting Christian Heritage Academy Lions (Northfield, IL), by a count of 42-35.

The Trailblazers (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Wolcott School (Chicago, IL). The Wolves go into the Lakeshore outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Wolcott School held off Lycee Francais de Chicago (Chicago, IL), 40-39, in a league outing.

The Lions now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus for a Lakeshore outing on Monday, December 12.
