Christian Heritage Academy Lions (Northfield, IL) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Beacon Academy Trailblazers (Evanston, IL), 75-69 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Christian Heritage Academy upgrades its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus (Chicago, IL) to play the Ravens in a non-league bout on Friday, February 10. The Ravens come into the bout with a record of 22-6. Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus won 59-54 in their recent non-league bout against Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Trailblazers play the Yeshiva (Skokie, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 15. Beacon Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record.
