In Thursday's non-league match, the host Hancock County Hornets basketball team scored a good 47-36 triumph over the Trinity Raiders.
In their next game, the Hornets face the Frederick Fraize Aces (Cloverport, KY) in a District 11 match, on Monday, December 11. Hancock County will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record.
