Ohio High School Basketball - Southern ripped by Waterford

The Waterford Wildcats basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Southern Tornadoes to 19 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Linsly for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Waterford will meet a Cadets team coming off a 59-33 league loss to Fort Frye (Beverly, OH). The Cadets record now stands at 1-3.
The Tornadoes (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Clay (Portsmouth, OH). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Clay was routed by Manchester (Manchester, OH), 42-26, in a non-league contest.
